Yes, for personnel who are expected to use fire extinguishers, such as chemical laboratory personnel, those performing welding/cutting (i.e. "hot work"), those serving as a fire watch, those with crowd management duties, residential housing/area managers, and housekeeping supervisors who perform monthly inspections of portable fire extinguishers.
