Lockout/Tagout
The Lockout/Tagout Program defines procedures for the control of hazardous energy sources in order to prevent injuries during the service or
maintenance of machinery or equipment.
Program Summary
The Lockout/Tagout Program provides information regarding when and how hazardous energy sources must be controlled by personnel performing servicing and maintenance activities. Persons applying locks and tags must be trained and "authorized".
